Peacefully on Sunday, May 5, 2019, Clément Ménard of Alfred, Ontario, passed away at the age of 89 years. Beloved husband of Éliette LaMadeleine. Son of the late Albert Ménard and the late Dosithée Clément. Loving father of Luc, late Paul, Jules (Paula Roy), Louis, Denis (Line Couturier), Pierre and Darquise (Don Birmingham). Cherished grandfather to Paul, Stephanie and Isabelle Ménard, Carl Ménard, Liberty, Ellis and Trinity Birmingham. Survived by one brother, Léo (Jacqueline), many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by one brother, André (Juliette); two sisters: Alice (late Dorima Clément) and Annette (late Hervé Desforges).
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 24, 2019 at 2 p.m. at St. Victor Church, Alfred, Ontario. Interment Parish Cemetery. The family would like to extend an invitation to family and friends to meet them at the church before the funeral from 1 p.m.
Special thanks to the staff of the Pension du Bonheur, Alfred and the Hawkesbury and District General Hospital for their dedication and the good care provided to Clément.
