It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Danielle Lacasse of Montreal, Quebec, surrounded by her family, on Monday, February 24, 2025, at the age of 67. Spouse of Zainuddin Mukri and daughter of the late Jean-Raymond Lacasse and the late Jacqueline Alary. Beloved mother of Cédéric (Valérie Bellefeuille). Also survived by her stepdaughters, Nadine Mukri (Mike Jack) and Anissa Mukri; her stepson Pierre Desroches (Jessica Pottier); her grandchildren, Mathieu Mukri, Lucas Bissonnette, Noah and Cameron Jack; two sisters, Madeleine (late Richard Ouimet) and Hélène (Stéphane Deguire), many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by her brother Robert.
Friends and relatives may visit at Lamarre & Son Funeral Home, 453 St. Philippe Street, Alfred, Ontario, (613) 679-2802, on Sunday, March 16, 2025, from 1 p.m. A Liturgy of the Word will be held the same day at 2 p.m. in the funeral home’s chapel.
