Due to the current circumstances, a Private Family Service will be held at St. Bernard Church, Fournier, Ontario, followed by interment at parish cemetery.

It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Marguerite Ellen Muir, formerly of Riceville, Ontario, on Sunday, October 18, 2020, at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late Willam “Bill” Muir. Dear daughter of the late Dennis McHugh and the late Elsie Bradley. Ellen will be lovingly remembered by her son Leonard (Denise Maisonneuve) who were at her side when she passed. Predeceased by her two sons, Donald (Dorothy Adams) and Dennis. Cherished grandmother of Tammy (Sean McCollum), Carrie (Matt Irving), Allen (Natalie Dupuis) and Jennifer (Brad Larocque); great-grandmother of nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. Also survived by one sister-in-law Jean McHugh (late Rusty), many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by all her brothers and sisters.

Due to the current circumstances, a Private Family Service will be held at St. Bernard Church, Fournier, Ontario, followed by interment at parish cemetery.

Special thanks to the Paramed PSWs, especially Michelle and to the Bayshore staff, especially France, Samantha and Jamie for their compassion and devoted care toward Ella.
