His inurnment will take place at St-Jean-Baptiste Cemetery, L’Orignal, Ontario, following the visitation.
Peacefully and surrounded by his family, Marius Gagnon of Grenville, born in Stratford, Quebec, passed away on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at the age of 95. Beloved partner of Andrée Charbonneau. Son of the late Léon Gagnon and the late Elisabeth Boucher. Loving father of Michel and Réal (John). Dear grandfather of Brandon (Cassidy) and Eric Gagnon (Jenna) and great-grandfather of Max and Logan Gagnon. Also survived by Andrée’s son, Paul-André Petrin and her grandchildren, Philippe Petrin (Delphine), Valérie and Gabriel Parent (Kim). He will be fondly remembered by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by Andrée’s daughter, Roxanne (Gaëtan Parent).
Friends and relatives may visit at Lamarre & Son Funeral Home, 453 St. Philippe Street, Alfred, Ontario, (613) 679-2802, on Monday, July 24, 2023, from 2 to 4 p.m., followed by an Inurnment at St-Jean-Baptiste Cemetery in L’Orignal, Ontario.
