A private Graveside Service will be held in spring.
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Paul Johnston on January 16, 2025 at the age of 86. He was the son of the late Harry Johnston and the late Ruby Hillman Johnston Leliwa. Loved and missed by his children Glenda Gagnon (Donald), Willard Johnston and his step-children Iris Fleury (Stan), Stanley Nephin (late Mona), Harlan Nephin (late Debbie), the late Nancy Nephin, Daniel Lepine (Sabrina) and Chantal Rebane (Michel). Greatly missed by his grandchildren Evan Gagnon, Crysta Gagnon, Paul Fleury, Harlan Nephin, Jeff Nephin, Jennifer Barnhardt, Dan Nephin, Katie Nephin, Stanley Nephin, Jake Rebane, Colin Rebane, Hudson Lepine and Chloe Lepine. Great-grandfather of many. He was predeceased by his brother Bruce and his sister Diane.
The family would like to thank the ICU, palliative care and the long-term care at the Hawkesbury and District General Hospital for all their amazing care provided during his stay.
