It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Paulette Quenneville of Alexandria, formerly of St-Isidore, Ontario, on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Aldéo Quenneville. Dear daughter of the late Mandoza Landry and the late Blanche Plante. Loving mother of Pierre (Céline Goulet), Lyne (Jean-Marc Leduc) and Normand (Ninon Vermette). Cherished grandmother of Mélanie, Mélissa-Anne, Carl, Vanessa and Kalina and great-grandmother of Ashton, Vincent, Médérik, Aldéo, Adriel, Madelyne and Lyanna. Also survived by one brother Roger (Marie Carmelle Louis), one brother-in-law Donald (Patricia Doyle), one sister-in-law Rachèle, many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by two brothers, Raymond and Paul and one sister Lise.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Isidore Church, St. Isidore, followed by interment at Parish Cemetery. The family would like to extend an invitation to family and friends to meet them at the church before the funeral from 9:30 a.m.
For those who wish, donations to the William and Shenkman Palliative Care Unit at St. Vincent Hospital, Elizabeth Bruyere, 5th Floor South to honor all the nurses who provided exceptional, compassionate and high quality care to our mother, would be appreciated. Mon ancienne voisine nous a annoncé cette nouvelle cet après-midi. Nous ne savions pas qu’elle etait malade.
